Complete external PIR CAMERA system with
RF controlled light and alarm activation
AlertCam is a standalone external PIR detector with integral video camera, recording
facility and wire free alert triggering. AlertCam is an ideal solution for the protection of
external areas such as driveways, gardens, forecourts, yards and farms.
On triggering AlertCam can internally switch up to 500w of local lighting, commence
video recording of activity with time and date stamping and send a wire free trigger
signal to any number of remote chime/alarm units or remote 1500w switching devices.

IP55 rating. The PIR has a
range of 10m and a 160 Degree Angle of Detection
AlertCam can be used to
switch up to 500W of
incandescent or 50W of LED
lighting directly from the unit.

640 x 480 images at up

the unit and all recordings
will include a time and date
stamp on playback.
Integral recording unit
Upon trigger from the PIR
AlertCam Stores images directly
at two frames per second in a
twenty second sequence directly
to an on-board SD card hidden in a
sealed compartment. Max size 64GB
(approximately 1 million images). AlertCam
will overwrite oldest images should SD card
become full.
In addition to its built in light
switching function Alertcam
also features integral RF
capability that can be used to
send trigger signals to optional
remote light switching or Alarm
devices. (AlertCam RS and AlertCam RA)
Captured images are viewed
on a PC or laptop from the SD
card or directly to a laptop via
a short USB cable. Software is
included to support this function.
